Purpose of Establishment

The Small and Boutique Hotels Association of Turkey was established to represent small and boutique hotels from all regions of Turkey with a guest-oriented understanding of providing superior service, to contribute to raising their service standards, to find solutions to the problems arising from their scale, to make small and boutique hotels one of the basic and essential elements of Turkey’s tourism marketing and to increase the synergy between hotels and regions.

The association, which includes distinguished member hotels from every region of Turkey, aims to make a difference in the sector with its activities.

Targets:

1. To Take Part in Turkey’s Tourism Marketing by Revealing the Perception of Small and Boutique Hotels in Turkey

2. Providing Sales and Marketing Support to Small and Boutique Hotels

3. Participating in Domestic and International Tourism Fairs

4. Public Representation

5. Support and Consultancy on Legal, Technology, etc.

6. Lobbying (PR) Work

7. Support in Accessing Human Resources

8. Support in Staff Trainings

9. Support in Raising Hotel Standards (Academic, Technical, etc.)

10. Improving Cooperation between Hotels

11. To ensure the organization of small hotels on a regional basis and to take measures to eliminate unfair competition among its members

12. Establishing and Developing Quality Standards in Hotels

13. Certification of Hotels Meeting Quality Standards

14. Creating a Procurement Platform

15. Informing Members about Developments in World and Turkish Tourism
